Stacy's weapon of choice was the spear, and she was pretty darn good with it. She practiced with it a good deal, even when it wasn't the assigned time to do so. She just really wanted to gèt better and better at using it. Hopefully her skills with the weapon would help the Third Cohort win War Games one fatty. One could dream. Still, when she could, she made her way out to the Field of Mars for practice.
A lot of times, Stacy went out and trained alone. However that day she managed to get a sparring partner, one of her own half-brothers whose name was Bobby. Bobby was pretty good with a spear too, and therefore could keep up with Stacy. The two went back and forth, using the spears like staffs with the occasional mock jabs. Stacy wasn't going to actually stab her brother after all. After a long session, they finally stopped and shook hands.
"Not a bad bout, bro," she said. "Maybe again tomorrow? Bobby shrugged before heading off. As Stacy went for her water canteen, she heard someone else arrive on the Field. She took a sip on water and smiled at the one who approached.
