PERSONALITY

He seems to be a little more reckless then most of the other kids in the camp. He seems very confident but is always on the look out for his next con or scam. He loves to play games because of his power. The will of the game seems to bend to his favor. He is very charismatic and makes lots of friends. He tends to make rash decision and has no real concept of consequences because things have always worked out for him. He makes a lot of his life decisions based of the flip of coin because his power will tend to make the better decision for him. He is very aggressive when it comes to fighting. Things tend to work out even if his team does not win something either that looks like really good luck happens to Phillip or something that looks like bad luck happens to his opponent.

HISTORY

Phillip was raised by his father who was a nurse in 2004. His father raised him in St. Louis till he was 5 when he got married to a doctor. They soon moved to Dallas Texas. He was soon orphaned when his stepmother and father died in a car accident that he miraculously survived. He was only 8 but he was not going to go to a foster home. His mother told him to find Camp Half-BlooHe knew who his father was because his mother explained it as best as she could. He knew he needed to find Camp Half-Blood .
After a few years of scamming and coning his way across the country. He eventually found it at age 10 he made it to camp. He started training and found that on his thirteenth birthday he was claimed by his mother. He continues to train in fighting. Still likes to run scams and play games of chance with people.

EXPLANATION OF ABILITY SPECIALTY
The lucky power makes it to where He is luckier than most people, good things generally happen to them and bad things rarely do. Random chance will always tilt towards their favor, and any attempts to make bad things happen to them are more difficult, as the user's luck continuously tips towards their benefit. It also seems to rub off on some people who get super close to him.
