PERSONALITY

Wyatt fits in very well with the children of Athena. He is a good thinker, and strategist. He enjoys war games and any opportunity to show off his skills, fighting and strategy. He wants to be the best, so he tries his hardest in everything that he works in. He doesn't always succeed, however. One thing he really struggles with is making things. While he can come up with a strategy or make a list of necessary supplies quickly, creating anything with his hands is a struggle. 

Wyatt is very confident, and a natural-born leader. At least, he would be a leader if he wasn't so much of a tease. He says what he wants, when he wants and doesn't have time for regrets. Life is meant to be lived! He likes to mess with the people around him, especially once he knows them, and during important moments. For example, he loves to throw off friends from other cabins with his telepathy during capture the flag and other war games. 

HISTORY

Wyatt was raised with his father, a busy but ingenious scientist. The man truly cared for Wyatt, but he was often incredibly busy with his work. Even so, Wyatt enjoyed his life with his father. The two of them got along peacefully and seemed to understand one another, since they were quite similar. Together, they figured out how to work with Wyatt's telepathy so that he wouldn't gather the attention of those around him, or even of those who knew him well. The pair often liked to communicate with one another telepathically, because they thought it was fun.

However, when Wyatt was ten years old, his dad started dating someone. The woman was kind, but she had two young daughters that didn't like Wyatt no matter what he did. They always said he was weird and that strange people showed up whenever he was around. The girls weren't wrong. Wyatt was beginning to attract the attention of monsters. He and his father wondered what they should do about it, but didn't have a clue. 

Then a satyr came to their home and told them that Wyatt would need to go to Camp Halfblood. Wyatt didn't want to leave his father and soon-to-be stepmother, but he had to go to keep them safe. He went to Camp, where he was surprised to find that he fit in quite well. While he didn't meet anyone else with an ability like his, there were all sorts of people in this camp and he quickly found friends. 

On his eleventh birthday, while at camp, Percy was claimed as a son of Athena. He was proud to know who his mother was, finally, and easily fell in with her other children, though sometimes he was sure that they wished he was a son of Hermes since he was such a tease. 

The next few years passed quickly as he visited his father occasionally and spent the rest of his time at camp, where he trained. He loved practicing fighting and working on building strategies. His ability of telepathy made coordination easy when it came to games. 

Then the battle against Gaea came. Well, of course at first they thought they were fighting the Romans, trying to defend their Camp/home from the soldiers. The battle was rough. While Wyatt felt like he was doing quite well, eventually he found himself fighting a stunning young woman who could teleport! They fought one another until the battle was over and then shared a moment together in the healing tent. Ever since that moment, Wyatt couldn't look at another girl. Not seriously anyway. He wrote the Roman, wishing that she could come visit him at Camp and waiting for the time when he could see her again. 

EXPLANATION OF ABILITY SPECIALTY

Wyatt has the unique ability of telepathy. It is an ability that he has complete control of. He developed this ability at a young age, when he started reading his father's mind and answering his internal questions with all the honesty of a child. Since then, Wyatt has been able to hone his ability so that he only uses it intentionally. He finds great pleasure talking to people mentally when they least expect it, like during a battle. However, once he gets to know someone he does enjoy teasing them telepathically as well.
