PERSONALITY

Positives: Sunny Lee is warm and friendly and loves to socialize. She has a very laid-back personality and always has a cheerful word for a friend. She is very active and energetic and always up for an activity at the camp. She is also very healthy with her diet as she likes to keep fit. Negatives: Sunny Lee can be friendly, but that also makes her chatty and that can be highly annoying to some people. She is also very impulsive and, in a fight, can dive in without thinking first. Though healthy, she's very picky about what she eats, and her love for activity makes her disregard sleep at times.

HISTORY

Marlene Meadows was a famous surfer in her hometown of Miami, as well as beaches all over the world. She won multiple championships and her domination of the waves in the Summer months attracted Notus, who posed as a fellow surfer and had a brief relationship with her. Later, Marlene gave birth to Sunny Lee. Growing up, Sunny Lee traveled with her mom all over, and at an early age wanted to learn to surf. A very proud mother taught her.

By age twelve, Sunny Lee was already winning youth competitions in surfing. And she found she had a big fan named Arbor who always seemed to be following her around. She wasn't too keen on this until Arbor turned out to be a Satyr who was trying to get to her before some beach-going Cyclopes did. Arbor succeeded, ans Sunny Lee sadly had to give up her surfing dreams for a while and go to New York and the safety of Camp Half-Blood. There, Sunny Lee was claimed by her father.

Over the past four years, Sunny Lee has proven herself at the camp, her energy and active lifestyle making her a strong fighter. She is liked by many of the campers, at least her cheery disposition makes her feel she is. Sunny Lee still wants to be a championship surfer like her mom, but is also loyal to her friends and superiors at camp and will fight for them.

EXPLANATION OF ABILITY SPECIALTY

Sunny Lee posseses Aerokinesis or the ability to control the wind. However, being the daughter of a seasonal god, in this case Summer, she is limited to the type of wind she can control. She has the ability to create intensely hot winds and steam to wear down enemies. Think of it as being in the worst sauna ever. Sadly, this ability is useless against any enemy who can stand intense heat.
