Nora has the power to create and control ice and cold temperatures. She can make the ground icy, make ice projectiles, make the temperature drop, etc. Her powers are effective in a 300 meter (984 feet) radius. She can also regulate her body temperature and make herself cold to the touch, something she enjoys to play with from time to time as cold enough temperatures make frost form on her skin in beautiful patterns. A perk that comes with her powers is being immune to the cold; freezing is something she simply doesn’t do, and she’s incapable of getting frostbite.
CRYOKINESIS
Most people know Nora as a polite but somewhat aloof young woman. She’s usually courteous but it takes time for her to warm up to people. She has a hard time trusting people, but once her trust is gained she’s very loyal. She will hold a grudge for the rest of her life in most cases if that trust is broken.
Nora thinks about Nora first; she does what’s best for her and her loved ones and doesn’t really care what happens to anyone else. If she dislikes someone, they will know it. She might not say something outright but she has an endless supply of cold looks and chilly tones for those she doesn’t like. Her anger is also easy to notice, she usually makes the temperature drop without realizing. Nora dislikes being touched, unless it’s by a loved one and she is aware it will happen. Touching her without permission can in some instances lead to frostbite.

PERSONALITY
One word that describes Nora’s appearance is neat, she takes pride in looking well put together. Her clothes are always tidy and her hair well kept. She has fair skin, blue eyes and hair so blonde it’s almost white. She is of average height with a lithe figure, and moves in such a manner that any motion looks like it’s the obvious, most natural thing to do.

Nora, though at the time she didn’t have a name yet, was born and given up for adoption on October 10th 17 years ago in Montréal, Canada. She was adopted by Eleanor and David Miller and grew up in New York, not knowing she was adopted.
The first time Nora showed signs of being anything but a normal child was on a skiing holiday when she was seven. She wandered off and was outside for almost nine hours in the cold. When her parents finally found her she was missing both gloves and shoes, yet there wasn’t as much as a red nose to show what she’d been through.
When Nora was 13 the day came that she was attacked and needed to go to Camp Half-Blood. That was the day her parents learned what she was and she learned that she was adopted. She was claimed a few weeks after arriving at Camp. When she came back home after that summer, talking about Camp and knowing who her father was, she soon realized that her parents were afraid of her. What came to her parents as a blessing, her baby brother, was what made her decide to take up full time residency at Camp. They didn’t give her the time of day after his birth, immersing themselves in the baby and trying to forget what their daughter was. That was when Nora was 15, and she hasn’t seen her parents since.
