Levi can teleport whenever he wants to. If he stays within a 1 mile radius, he can use the power as much as he wants to over the course of five hours before he has to rest.
If he teleports outside of the 1 mile radius, there is a necessary reboot time on his power. The further he goes, the longer the reboot time. He can not teleport further than 10 miles at a time.

Levi is a fun-loving guy who likes to see people's reactions to things. He especially loves to see people laugh. He is not shy about making jokes at the expense of others, even himself.
Sometimes, Levi can come across as a little mean. He is sarcastic and borderline rude about some things because he thinks it might be funny, but he always means well. Okay, maybe he doesn't ALWAYS mean well, but on very rare occasions he CAN mean well, and, to him, that is what matters.

Levi is super laid back and focuses his wardrobe mostly on being comfortable. He is, most of the time, seen in jeans and a hoodie or t-shirt. He has a tattoo on his back but is otherwise unmarked.

Levi was born to a single mother somewhere near Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a show girl for a magic act put on at the Golden Nugget and, when she realized that Levi could teleport, tried to get her boss to allow Levi into the show.
The child magician who could teleport out of any trap became an overnight sensation. People paid top dollar to see his show in Vegas and he constantly met famous singers and actors on their trips around the country.
Everything was going great for him, a home-schooled kid with a future in show business, until he came home from rehearsal one day and found his mother on the kitchen floor. Apparently some creature had killed her. He had never wondered where his power came from, and so this revelation was a little crazy to him. A month later, he is just arriving at Camp Halfblood, one of the oldest new campers there at the age of 17.
